Production Technician at
Tosoh Advanced Materials Sdn Bhd
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Professional Certificate,Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Chemistry,Engineering(Industrial),Engineering(Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Knowledge in DCS operation & competency in EiMAS-Bag Filter Operation, Scrubber Operation, Waste Water Treatment, 2nd Grade Boilerman & Authorized Gas Tester is added advantage.
Job Description:
During construction:
- Undergone Operation training conducted Supervisor/Process Staff
- Undergone safety training conducted by Supervisor/Process Staff
- Involve in pre-start up preparation and activities
- Involve in commissioning preparation and activities
- Comply with safety regulation and management
- Comply with instruction from Supervisor, Engineer, Manager and Japanese Team
After starting up commercial operation:
- Perform operational activities in shift under supervision of Production Shift Supervisor.
- Comply with safety and environment regulation and management
- Comply with quality plan and instruction from Process Staff via supervisor's instruction
- Perform normal routine inspection and quality analysis sampling as instructed
- Report any irregularities of machineries and process to supervisor and perform corrective action if possible
- Comply with cleanliness and tidiness regulation
- Competence person - to operation and monitor equipment which under "competency" regulation.
Additional info:
Gross salary: RM1,900 - RM2,700

Lot 9955 Kawasan Perindustrian Teluk Kalong,
24000 Kemaman, Terengganu.
Working hours: 5 days - Sunday to Thursday & Shift Work
