Position: Manifest Clerical Personnel (Up to 4 years Employment Contract)
Working Location: Kemaman, Terengganu
A spectrum of daily job requirements and operations within the company with specific department according to the hiring
position below:
• Offshore Supply Base
• Shipping & Forwarding Operations
• Materials handling
• Logistics and Warehouse
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Candidate with Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manifesting, Forwarding / Shipping and Customs related
services in the Malaysia’s Oil & Gasindustries.
• Candidate to monitor Customs declarations and importation / export of materials and/or equipment, as well as
general office administrative work - MTF filing, repair tracking, Customs duties, MOH tracking, offshore return item,
etc.
• Candidate must be able to speak and write good and fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result and
customer oriented.
• Able to adapt to new environment including learning a new process and system.
• Candidate willing to work overtime when required.
• Candidate willing to work at the offshore supply base and have own transport.
• Candidate to undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Kemaman.
